Lifter Rebuild

  1. Receive order to teardown and inspect.
  2. Visually inspect and document findings. (including photographs)
  3. Disassemble the lifter and photograph.
  4. Steam clean all parts.
  5. Sandblast all arms, housings and castings.
  6. NDT all parts and document
  7. Provide a complete detailed inspection on all components
  8. Provide detailed cost summary for final reassembly.
  9. PO issued for rebuild
  10. Purchase all material required for parts not reusable.
  11. Manufacture new pins, bushing and arms as required.
  12. Reassemble lifter to a minimum like new condition.
  13. Clean assembly, paint and grease
  14. Contact department that lifter is ready for delivery.
  15. Ship the lifter to the department.
  16. Provide historical data on lifters to improve longevity
    between rebuilds.
